~ Tails from the Tape ~
So much has happened since the last blog, it's amazing how time flies, huh?
I've got someone who's setting me up with a meeting with a DC comics agent sometime this week (or whenever they become available, but I assumed it was this week, I just need to make the call to confirm it), to get some of my 'rough' sketches over and show he or she what I can do. This is a big leap forward which many others don't get a whole lot, and this is making me extremely neverous. In fact, I don't think I've ever gotten this lucky! There's no telling what may come of it, if all goes swell!
But then again, I've always wished to be on the Marvel side, what with them being owned by Disney, y'know. ;D And of course, what with Boom! comics being there, I believe. Ah well, we'll see.
Issue 3 is about halfway done and I'm getting the middle joints of this baby prepped up and set to go. Issue 4's contest will be to reinterpret an animated film or cartoon of your choice but with the KUWT cast and characters in on it! It's not quite begun yet, but now is your chance to hit up on this chance to get noticed, earn a cameo, or even get a free art request! I'm looking forward to the results!
Today I've also removed the KUWT/Great Mouse Detective forum. I made a bet with myself that if nothing happened by June, then I was gonna take it down.
Welp, it's July. xD ...people showed up, but nothing really took place besides me talking to myself. Sad, huh? WELP. It's gone now. I hired a crack team unit to help me take it down, on the hope we may one day bring it back to life again. :V
So, today and before I visit a friend on AIM tonight, and my friends included, I'll be working on this site and see what else I can do: fix a few errors, update links, things like that.
